To promote and advance high-quality scientific research in Benin, with a particular focus on strengthening research excellence at the University of Abomey-Calavi.
To foster an enabling research ecosystem that supports innovation, knowledge production, and evidence-based decision-making as foundations for sustainable development.
To enhance the competencies of researchers and students by developing their capacity to apply mathematical, statistical, and computational methods to complex problems in agriculture, environment, and health.
To support the sustainable management of forest ecosystems by improving scientific understanding of ecosystem dynamics, identifying drivers of degradation, and evaluating effective restoration and management strategies.
