Dr. Kisito Gandji is an experienced scientist and development expert with over a decade of experience managing multidisciplinary, multi-stakeholder and multi-country projects in West Africa. He holds a PhD in agroforestry, agrobiodiversity, and quantitative ethnobotany, with expertise in climate change adaptation and mitigation, land-use change analysis, capacity building, policy-relevant research, and policy advocacy to support sustainable development. He has made significant contributions to numerous national, regional, and international initiatives that promote the sustainable management of natural resources, sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and climate governance.
