Drs Marcel Donou and Jean Didier Akpona have successfully defended their PhD dissertations and received the title of Doctor of the University of Abomey-Calavi, respectively in Life Science (Monday, July 24th) and in Agronomic Sciences (Tuesday, July 25th 2017). . Dr Marcel Donou investigated the conservation biology of Raphias palm in Benin, Western Africa.
The research of Dr Akpona dealt with the biodiversity, prioritization, population ecology and conservation of woody plant Species in Benin (west-africa).
