Congratulations to Dr Charlemagne Gbemavo for his new grade

The Laboratoire de Biomathématiques et d’Estimations Forestières (LABEF) is pleased to inform you that Dr.Ir. Charlemagne Gbemavo was appointed as senior lecturer of Biometry, Forestry (with Distinction A) in the Specialized Technical Committee (CTS) Natural Sciences – Agronomy (SNA). He successfully went through the evaluation and selection process of the 41st session of the Inter African Consultative committee (ICC) of the
Conseil Africain et Malgache pour l’Enseignement Supérieur (CAMES) hold in Bangui, The Central African Republic, 7-17 july 2019.

Dr. Ir. Gbemavo is Agronomist, Forester and Biometry specialist. He is heading the research unit “Biomathematics and Applied Statistics” at LABEF. He is Lecturer and Researcher of Biometry and Forest Estimation at the National Universities of Benin. He also takes role as biostatisics specialist in several research projects in Benin and West Africa region (IFWA, AfricaYAM, etc.). His research interests include : (i) Statistical and Geo-statistical Modeling, (ii) Forest Ecology and (iii) Agroforestry.
